Bank of Marin Expands Commercial Banking Team with Two New Hires
Adds to strong track record of loan management and risk assessment
NOVATO, CA – (April 5, 2016) – Bank of Marin has hired Maria DeBenedetti and Katrina Young to join the Commercial Banking team, both as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer.
“We are pleased to welcome both Maria and Katrina to our Bank of Marin Commercial Banking team,” said Tim Myers, Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking. “With their combined experience in managing and growing customer relationships, while managing risk, we are better positioned than ever to expand our commercial business in the East Bay and Sonoma County, two very important and growing markets for the Bank.”
DeBenedetti joins Bank of Marin as a Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer in Oakland. She has 18 years of experience in the industry, most recently as a senior relationship manager growing product sales and loan production. DeBenedetti completed her undergraduate work at California State University, East Bay, and earned her degrees in Liberal Arts and Business Administration.
Young joins the Middle Market Group in Santa Rosa as Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer. Previously, she spent 10 years helping manage a portfolio in the wine industry and supporting deal teams by underwriting new loans, renewals and general portfolio management. Young is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a BS in Business Administration and a concentration in Financial Management.
